1. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Fryll. Give us accurate information, keep your password and sessions secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Workspaces
A workspace belongs to the organisation or person who created it. Its owners and admins decide who can join, what role each member has and who can see which channels. If you join a workspace, its owners and admins can manage your membership in it.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the messages and other content you put into Fryll (“your content”). You give us permission to host, store, copy, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve Fryll for you and your workspace. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
4. Conversation tokens, the API and agents
- A conversation token lets a script, a tool or an agent post to a conversation as you. Keep tokens secret. Anything posted with your token is treated as posted by you, so revoke a token as soon as you no longer need it or think it has leaked.
- If you connect an agent or any other software to Fryll, you are responsible for what it does there, including what it posts and the data you give it.
- Respect the API's rate limits, and don't try to get around them or any other limit on Fryll.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Fryll to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share content that sexualises minors or promotes violence;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or post to conversations you aren't allowed to post to;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- upload malware, or try to access accounts, workspaces or systems you aren't authorised to access;
- probe, scan or test Fryll's security without our written permission, or disrupt Fryll for others; or
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Fryll, except where the law allows it.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
6. Fees
Fryll is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
7. Changes to Fryll
Fryll is evolving, and we may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to tell you in advance.
8. Ending these terms
You can stop using Fryll at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your content.
9. Disclaimers
Fryll is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Fryll will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost, so keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Fryll is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Fryll in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of Fryll in breach of these terms, or anything posted with your conversation tokens or by agents you connect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you in advance. If you keep using Fryll after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
14. Everything else
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Fryll. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
